Refund Policy

Lost Inventory

If an item is misplaced by the courier during delivery, we will provide the buyer a complete refund.

INACCURATE OR DAMAGED GOODS DELIVERED

We will give you a complete refund if you get an incorrect or damaged product and are eligible for a return under our return policy. Only until the items arrive at our warehouse and pass the quality inspection will the refund process begin.

REVISED ORDERS

We will provide you a complete refund for any cancelled orders.

ORDERS NOT Delivered

A nominal processing fee of INR 100 will be applied to any prepaid purchases that you return to our warehouse and are not accepted; the remaining amount will be reimbursed to you. Please be aware that in this instance, you will not receive a refund for the shipping and handling fees that were assessed to you when you placed the transaction.

A DISCOUNTED ITEM

The coupon code or promotion will no longer be valid on the order if some or all of the goods that were initially included in an order that was placed using it are returned. Furthermore excluded from the return calculation is the advantage of the discount or deal. Returned items must be returned in their whole if they were purchased as part of a group deal, such as when there was a Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion.

THE REFUND MODE

If you made your payment online, you will get your refund as a shop credit or store voucher.

If the consumer places a COD order, the refund will be given to them as shop credit or a store voucher.

Should you need to cancel, you will get your refund as a shop credit or store voucher.
